Precision assembly

We join together components manufactured by us to create complete assemblies. If the high quantities involved make it financially viable, this process is fully automated; with smaller quantities, it is semi-automated.

For this, we use assembly tools that we develop and produce ourselves. This means that we are in full control of the assembly process and are able to respond to any unforeseen situation immediately.

Functional testing is integrated into the process as standard, guaranteeing that the assembly is 100% functional on application.

We crimp, mould, package, weld, etc., in order to offer the optimum solution for any assembly.

The requirements of the individual components are extremely stringent and call for extensive experience in developing the systems. Localising and eliminating problem areas is part and parcel of this. In some cases, intermediate annealing of individual components is the key to the dramatic change in shape required.
