Microstamping

Microstamping is the queen of all stamping techniques.

The smallest stamped parts, often virtually invisible to the naked eye, are required for watches, hearing aids and medical technology.

The basic prerequisites for microstamping are the highest level of precision and a sophisticated tool concept. However, it takes more than this to meet the challenge – namely, plenty of experience and passion.

Throughout every stage of production, we adhere meticulously to our operational plans and inspection and work instructions. Only in this way can we ensure the high reliability demanded by our customers in order to meet their quality and delivery requirements. Each process step is precisely defined, recorded and evaluated in detail through self-monitoring, which includes SPC data acquisition. As a result, we are able to respond immediately to dimensional changes and thus ensure constant process reliability.

With microstamping, the challenges do not stop at the end of stamping. The task of handling the parts produced is just as tricky as the stamping process itself: with thousands of tiny parts inside a small box, special measures are required to process them further.
